For our OTC&Trade Business Unit, we are looking for a Trade Manager, based in Bucharest, whose main responsibilities will be to:
Major accountabilities:
Respects and plans the annual sales budgets
Negotiates with clients and establish contractual terms. (distributors and selected pharmacy chains)
Establishes the rules regarding discounts and terms of offers.
Works within allocated budgets and company processes. Understands basic pricing and discounting structures.
Cooperates with pharmaceutical associations (active role, initiatives).
Supervises and coordinates the team – including selection, talent identification, development and retention within the company
Effectively coordinates the relationship with major accounts and/or distributor representatives in his area of responsibility so as to ensure the achievement of Sandoz objectives according to the established schedule and priorities.
Develops, facilitates and coordinates the implementation of the customer account plan according to the commercial strategy
Ensures the alignment and integration of the customer account plan into the overall account activity.
Develops an effective collaboration with his counterparts and efficiently coordinates internal communication for good collaboration on key accounts.
Prepares and delivers effective sales presentations based on relevant market data.
Ensures continuous monitoring, evaluation and feedback for all activities related to key accounts.
Manages budget and resources to maximize impact and achieve specific objectives in line with agreed strategy.
Provides relevant information and reports on key accounts to keep all stakeholders up-to-date at all times.
Obtains support from senior functions for key accounts by understanding the business environment and establishing close working relationships.
Realizes the marketing and distribution objectives of key accounts.
Key performance indicators:
Sales revenue and revenue growth in designated accounts
Operating budget for designated key accounts (Budget, Cost, Sales, etc.)
