For our Commercial team, we are looking for a new National Account Manager, based in Bucharest, whose main responsibilities will be to:
Major accountabilities:
Coordinating the Regional Key Account team to achieve the proposed objectives, respecting the company's profitability indicators.
Develops commercial strategy and marketing plans addressed to distributors and national Pharmacy networks, overseeing their implementation through the KAM and FF team
Supervises and develops his subordinates, ensuring that they adhere to their role specification and key responsibilities.
Effectively coordinates the relationship with major accounts and/or distributor representatives in his area of responsibility so as to ensure the achievement of Sandoz objectives according to the established priorities and schedule.
D evelops, facilitates and coordinates the implementation of the plan regarding customer accounts according to the agreed commercial strategy.
Ensures the alignment and integration of the customer account plan into the overall account activity.
Develops an effective collaboration with his counterparts and efficiently coordinates internal communication for good collaboration on key accounts.
Ensures continuous monitoring, evaluation and feedback for all activities related to key accounts.
Manages budget and resources to maximize impact and achieve specific objectives in line with agreed strategy.
