- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- APQP knowledge is a must
- Effective interpersonal/communication skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Keeps in touch with customer and Ensures support for the custommers in quality ensurance
- Cooperates with team members to define test methods and procedures
- Communicates test results and recommendations to stakeholders and management
- Investigates product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Communicates with team members to make sure the development process is followed
