DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages communication and coordinates between the Command centre and the location team.
Understand and keep track of key team KPIs. Manage dips in performance with adequate reinforcement plans proactively.
Monitors, coordinates, and supervises the daily activities of the staff in the operations team.
Manage staffing, Attrition, and Hiring
People management and associated responsibilities like performance and development management
Manage relationships of the key interfaces of the team and client
Able to plan long-term improvements, looking at least 6 months to 1 year ahead.
Understanding of processes run by team and ability to bring in improvements and efficiencies within the team.
Create a mode of operation to be adhered to by team members in order to maintain good work discipline.
Creating second line of command and grooming up potential resources for the next level.
Reviewing and tracking performance on a daily basis and providing coaching and feedbacks to employees.
Ensure leakage control at all levels like shrinkage, login adherence, productive time etc. and maintain process hygiene.
Ensures adherence to all office and process-specific policies by Team and self.
Creating improvement plans and tracking efficacy and to take necessary actions accordingly.
Coordinate with the Command center and with all internal stakeholders and provide necessary inputs.
Must acquire complete process knowledge and supports operations in case of : Preparing reports, maintaining process dashboards, and creating presentations for necessary review by internal and external stakeholders and also lead such reviews as per requirement.
To handle complex issues in a process/project to provide more effective solutions.
Able to conceive and implement productivity improvements within operations.
Manage escalations from internal and external stakeholders.
Able to mentor team both technical and functional.
Discover training needs and coordinate with local group heads, QA/training and command center to provide the necessary coaching.
Train the new employees.
Any additional ad hoc tasks that may contribute to a better service to the client or improvement to the KPI.
Perform transaction quality audit of the annotations completed by the team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in managing Image/Li DAR annotation projects
Excellent people management skills should have the experience of a Team Leader for a minimum of 1 years.
Good communication skills, should be able to read, write and speak in English
Should understand the multicultural environment.
Can manage multiple shifts.
