Chat Customer Support Representative - Slovak - Cluj-Napoca
Position: Chat Customer Support Representative (Slovak) Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communication via incoming emails, tickets, and chat with customers in order to solve their issues related to the products
Customer Order Management
Secure and deepen client retention, contribute to excellent customer support
Secure that all complaints are being recognized, recorded confirmed, and solved effectively
Adhere to given processes and procedures
Update the database of customers and document activities
Reporting the most common issues to the support team for further escalations
REQUIREMENTS:
C1 written and verbal communication skills in Slovak (Croatian or Slovenian will be an advantage)
B2 English
Preferable college degree or related work experience
Good MS Office skills and familiarity with ticketing systems
Excellent customer service skills
High motivation and enthusiastic approach, self-organized
Knowledge and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies will be an advantage
BENEFITS:
Schedule: full time, Monday-Sunday 24/7 (for now, we have 2 shifts confirmed 9 AM - 6 PM; 3.30 PM - 11.30 PM – this includes lunch break and 3 short breaks
First three salaries extended with a signing bonus of 250 EUR
Performance bonus up to 150 EUR gross monthly in addition to the regular salary

Transportation for day shifts and night shifts
Holidays: 20 days/year and an extra day after a year
Contract for undetermined period
Training: 5 days (Monday – Friday) – 9:00-18:00
6 months accommodation if needed
Up to 200 EUR refund from the first travel to Romania
