We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Workday Integration Analyst to join our dynamic HR Systems team. As a Senior Workday Integration Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, testing, and implementing integrations between Workday and various other systems within our organization. You are the Workday Integration SME and overall Workday Integration expert. Your expertise in both Workday and integration technologies will contribute to the seamless flow of data and processes, ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our HR systems landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to gather integration requirements and design efficient solutions.
Be a key contact for integration queries as the Integration SME
Develop and maintain integration solutions using Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, and other integration tools.
Configure, test, and deploy integration solutions to support various HR processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, compensation management, benefits administration, and more.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Partner with the Quality Assurance team to conduct comprehensive testing of integration solutions, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
Participate in the design and implementation of data transformation, mapping, and enrichment processes to align data across systems.
Monitor integration performance and proactively optimize processes for enhanced efficiency and user experience.
Stay current with Workday updates, releases, and integration best practices to provide ongoing support and recommendations.
Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users and team members regarding integration processes and functionality.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining processes, and improving overall system capabilities.
Qualifications:
Desirable but not essential bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience of a minimum 2 years as a Workday Integration Analyst or similar role, with hands-on experience in Workday integration tools and technologies.
Expert knowledge of Workday architecture, data structures, and web services (SOAP, REST).
Expert in XSLT and desirable basic Java knowledge
Demonstrated experience of minimum 2 years with integration technologies and tools, including Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Cloud Connect, and others.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable knowledge and experience working with vendor systems which are part of the Flutter technical landscape (Egencia, Beamery and others)
