Internship Maintenance & Optimization Executive - Flutter UK&I
What You'll be Doing:
- Monitoring and Maintaining RPA Automations: Ensuring that Ui Path automation processes run smoothly and efficiently, addressing any issues that arise.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identifying and resolving technical problems within the Ui Path automations, including Ui Path Studio, Robots, Orchestrator and other platform capabilities (APIs, Data Base, Javascript, etc).
- Change Requests: Implementing process optimizations according to change request/optimization backlog.
- Quality Assurance: Performing checks and code reviews for pre go-live on automations sent through the agreed submission process.
- Reporting: Measuring the performance of deployed automations and creating relevant reporting outputs.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, including developers, business analysts, Tech Support and stakeholders, to ensure the successful resolutions in the desired Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Communication: Collaborates effectively with their peers & stakeholders, making sure their message is understood.
- Problem-Solving: An intuitive and attentive approach to problem-solving, with a proactive mindset on spotting production issues.

- Nimble Learning - is agile and flexible. Learns quickly when faced with new challenges.
- Knowledge in vb.net (C#) or similar programming languages is a plus.
- Relevant degree qualification – with Computer Science and Software Engineering at an advantage.
