Sales Representative - Romanian + English - Iasi

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Representative for a world leader in the production of sports uniforms, footwear and accessories. The successful employee will be a key representative of the company’s sales team, responsible for contact distributors, maintain current ones and open new clients, contact with clubs of all sports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer acquisition: Search for new clients and business opportunities.
Customer Relationship: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Attendance at Trade Fairs: At national level.
Sale of Products/Services: Present and sell the company's products or services.
Contract Negotiation: Agreeing favorable terms and conditions of sales.
Manage customer accounts, including tracking orders and payments.
Understanding market trends and customer needs.
Achieve established sales goals.
Providing information on customer preferences and the market in the CRM.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluency in Romanian and English
Driving license and own car
4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success is required
Passionate about sport!!!
Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial program
Ability to work independently – drives own personal performance, takes ownership of training and skill enhancement, seeks continuous quality improvement
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communication skills.
Achievement- and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross-business collaboration
Solid time management skills
