Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Product Manager for E-Archiving.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Product Manager for E-Archiving. In this pivotal role, you will act as the business and product owner for Basware's E-Archiving offering, overseeing the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap planning. As the subject matter expert, you will be responsible for understanding the full ecosystem surrounding the product, customer needs, and ensuring the product's success in the market.

Responsibilities

Own the value proposition of the product.
Gather insight and identify opportunities by identifying customer problems, challenges, and needs through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Work with other teams to market, demonstrate, and sell the product, acting as back-office sales support.
Engage with customers to understand their requirements.
Conduct product-related training for stakeholders throughout the company.
Actively gather input for product development from the market, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Communicate the product vision, roadmap, customer, and market insights to Technical Product Owners.
Ensure product readiness and successful launches of new functionality.
Continuously look for ways to minimize direct product costs and drive product revenue growth.

Skills & Requirements

Skills and Candidate Qualifications

Good experience in product development or product management, or relevant.
Subject matter expertise in e-archiving and e-invoicing
University degree education (BSc/MSc technical).
Capable of acting in the Business Owner and Product Owner role in Basware Product Development process.
Data gathering, analysis, and reporting skills.
Effective communication at a learner level.
Adaptability and flexibility to take on multiple roles and prioritize tasks.
Comfortable engaging with customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to explain technical ideas through persuasive presentation and logical argument.
