Job summary
Processing orders & Invoices in a timely manner. Providing excellent customer service, supporting continuous improvement by identifying & helping to develop Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
Key tasks and responsibilities

Perform order management and invoicing related tasks.
Investigate and resolve order and invoicing queries & issues.
Excellent communication with internal/external customers concerning O2C related issues.
Enlists sales, other teams and management when necessary to accelerate the query/dispute resolution process.
Maintain O2C files, documents and records.
Responsible for timely completion of O2C month end closing.
Assist with the preparation and completion of O2C work schedules and audits.

Skills & Requirements

Skills and competences:

Order fulfillment, invoicing, accounting, accounts receivable/payable environment
SAP (preferred)
MS Office (especially Excel) and similar office software
Attention to detail & accuracy
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational skills, keeping timelines & meeting deadlines
Flexible and proactive working style
Willingness to seek and achieve solutions to problems
Business language English – fluent
Ability to drive and implement Change

Education and experience
Education: Finance studies (preferred)
Experience: Relevant experience in Order to Cash field is preferred (invoicing, contract reading).
