Order To Cash – Controllership- Assistant Manager - English

Inviting applications for the role of Finance Controller – Assistant Manager – English
In this role, you will be responsible for Deal type confirmation and Deal approval. Analyzing and recording of revenue entries for each PID.
You will work with the Business Project Management team and FP&A team. You will be expected to be focused on Managed services business-related activities of revenue recognition & billing.
Responsibilities
Back-office activities related to Finance - tracking, scanning, and sharing all vendor invoices and expense reports.
Acting as a liaison for other finance teams - SSC / AP / T&L teams to ensure end to end accounting for these processes.
Sending / collecting documents for statutory booking
Company card administration - company cards issuance, credit limit enhancement and support for employees
Perform bank payments - AP, T&L reimbursement, statutory taxes.
Perform account reconciliations for bank & T&L accounts.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Very good knowledge of English min. B2
Relevant year of experience on a similar position
University degree
Experience in Accountancy (AP, RTR), closing and reporting process for multinationals / large organizations.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast.
Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly.
High motivation and willingness to learn
