As the Service Order Administrator, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, owner of customer disputes, outstanding interface for the customers on Emerson behalf. Key contact for customer regarding service orders. Keep customers advised on the orders directly by e-mail and phone.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Log all customers orders into CRM and verify them for accuracy.
Ensure the timely and complete processing of the orders in the ERP system
Check all Compliance, Checkpoint and Commercial data on purchase order. Call out any queries to customer/relevant department.
Ensure that the factory items have been scheduled for shipping, internal orders are placed by the purchasing department, FERs raised and training courses are booked.
Handle the factory repair process and other service issues.
Liaise with Service team to advise about the status or possible challenges regarding received orders
Take ownership for invoicing customers once orders are complete.
Handle the customer happiness survey (where applicable) and maintain all databases accurate and updated
Follow and help improve existing work processes and procedures.
Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of MSS products and services.
Ensure Compliance to Emerson Ethics Policy and to all Corporate / Legal requirements
Coordinate with all internal groups to assure adequate communication and achieve high service levels
Expedite factories and make sure items are delivered on-time and complete
Keep a close contact with customers via email and phone and inform of any delays and problems
Conduct data management activities using the ERP
Make arrangements for inspections or milestones in the order cycle

University degree
2+ year experience in an order entry/customer facing position preferred or similar;
Languages: English – advanced level
Working knowledge of MS Office / Good interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated and very well organized
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Knowledge and/or experience in using ERP/MRP systems
Any other European language is a plus
Working experience within remote teams would be beneficial
