Tasks
Processing customer e-mails
Telephone and written communication with customers
Expert advice
Customer-oriented problem solving
Ensuring the client's quality requirements and customer satisfaction
Recording business transactions in the company software
Requirements
Rich polish vocabulary in official and formal communication
Good communication skills, calm and patient nature
Self-taught person, attentive to details, and with good observation skills
PC+Microsoft (Windows, Word, Outlook) operation knowledge
Knowledge of English or Romanian at least at an intermediate level
Previous experience in a call center or customer service field beneficial
