Job Description
- Provides technical assistance in relation to Product Data Management - PDM and Change Management tools - ECR(Engineering Change Requests);
- Provides support/assistance to trainers;
- Performs PDM related tasks, assigned by the superior and/or provided by the customer, located in Blaj Plant, as well as those located externally;
- Support Blj P Local Change Coordinators in multiple root cause analysis to detect deviations from standard processes (e.g. Change Management);
- Provides assistance during the preparation of summaries resulting from PDM processes, such as KPI reporting;
- Data processing is done using Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Power Point, Excel);
- Provides communication support between TEF10 and other counterparts in multiple functional areas (e.g.participation in face-to-face sessions resulting from ECR in Blj P);
- Administrative activities;
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor on a temporary basis, specific to the position.
Qualifications
- Able to understand technical documents (e.g. Technical Drawings, Standards, Specifications);
- Knowledge in mechanics and/or electrical engineering;
- Safe handling of MS Office Applications;
- English language - conversational level;
- Result orientation;
- Flexibility;

- Organizational skills.
