- Technical University on going;
- Good communication skills both in English and Romanian;
- Proactive behavior;
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
- Sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Willing to learn and apply new knowledge.

- Provides support to the engineers in the daily production activities - (e.g. prepares reports, board update, 5S activities, TPM);
- Actively participates in the activities, projects to improve the processes and/or the department;and#xa0;
- Understands and follows through the assigned activities the mode of operation of production equipment;
- Performs quality analyses, participation in quality meetings and uses quality and problem solving tools (PSS, 8D, Pareto);and#xa0;
- Administrative activities.
