Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience;
Strong proficiency in Polarion ALM with demonstrated experience in its implementation, customization, and administration;
3+ years of experience working with system integration, particularly in a System of Systems (So S) environment;
Familiarity with Polarion ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools and templates, particularly the System of Systems template;
Proficiency in scripting within Polarion ALM for task automation and system customization (optional but beneficial);
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Java Script, or similar languages;
Experience in integrating Polarion with other tools and systems;
Knowledge of databases and version control systems;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications or training in Polarion;
Experience in software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.);
Familiarity with scripting and API usage for customization and integration purposes;
Knowledge of Web UIs, including understanding and usage of modern web interfaces for enhancing system interaction (optional);
Experience with Excel-Inlays for data analysis and reporting (optional but trainable);

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and best practices for Polarion;
Maintain the health and performance of the Polarion system, including updates, patches, and enhancements.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Polarion and implement best practices to improve processes and workflows;
