Female Operations Executive
A Well reputed cleaning company in Doha, currently require urgently for immediate hire Operations Executive
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,200.00 per month

- Available in Doha for a face-to-face interview
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cleaning or any similar industry
- Must have transferable visa or NOC from previous employer with visa.
- Valid Qatari Driving License is an extra advantage.
- Good industry knowledge of commercial cleaning.
- To oversee all cleaning operations on-site, ensuring that our cleaning staff efficiently perform their duties and maintain the highest cleaning standards.
- Overseeing the assigned job sites according to manpower and site requirements to achieve profitability and cost-effectiveness
- Ensuring that all related Workplace Safety & Health requirements are met.
- Assists Operation Manager in various projects, coordinate, execute the general cleaning process and cleaning logistics
- Perform Risk Assessment at site.
- Review work orders to ensure that assignments are completed on time.
- Provide guidance and on Job Training to cleaners, ensure team member’s skill and service competency are maintained.
- Any other administration / operation duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work and deliver within limited time range or frame.
- Supervisory skills to manage cleaners
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,200.00 per month
