Life Guard/Pool Attendant ( FEMALE)
Key Responsibilities:
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 2 months
- Surveillance and Safety:
- Actively monitor pool area and patrons to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all swimmers.
- Perform rescues and provide first aid as needed.
- Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and facilities.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist pool guests, providing information and addressing concerns.
- Conduct swim tests and assist guests with water safety practices.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Pool Maintenance:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as skimming, vacuuming, and checking water quality.
- Monitor chemical levels and ensure proper water balance.
- Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Emergency Preparedness:
- Stay current with CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification.
- Participate in regular training and drills to maintain readiness for emergency situations.
- Maintain a calm and composed demeanor during emergencies and follow established protocols.
- Administrative Duties:
- Complete daily logs and incident reports as required.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating pool activities or events.
- Uphold organizational policies and procedures in all aspects of job performance.
