Lifeguard Job Description
Position Title: Lifeguard
Reports To: Pool Manager / Facility Supervisor
Location: Pool, Beach, Waterpark, or other aquatic facility
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Monitoring:
- Constantly monitor the pool or aquatic area to ensure the safety of swimmers and patrons.
- Maintain surveillance of designated areas to identify potential hazards and take preventive measures.
- Safety Enforcement:
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to prevent accidents or unsafe behavior.
- Respond to emergencies, including drowning, injuries, and other situations requiring first aid or rescue.
- Rescue & Emergency Response:
- Perform rescues in case of drowning or other accidents and provide immediate medical attention, including CPR and first aid.
- Activate emergency action plans and call for backup or emergency services as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Inspect the pool and equipment, including lifeguard chairs, rescue tubes, and first-aid kits, to ensure proper function.
- Report or address any maintenance or safety issues with the facility.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain records of daily pool activities, such as swimmer attendance, water quality, and accidents/incidents.
- Provide customer service by answering questions, guiding patrons on safety, and assisting with minor issues.
- First Aid & Medical Assistance:
- Administer first aid or CPR as required until professional medical help arrives.
- Keep current on first aid and CPR certifications.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
Experience:
