Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drinks orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure tables are clean and tidy, with all necessary items (e.g., cutlery, napkins).
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Process bills and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and NOC.
- Previous experience as a waitress or in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to handle pressure.
Pay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR1,300.00 per month
