Be in close contact with customers, logistic partners, and manufacturing sites for on time, customer centric activities Accountability 1. Maintain and develop a functional sales administrative system to ensure that agreed service levels to customers are met at optimum cost. 2. Optimize transport and logistic work with proper communication with providers 3. Work to improve all work within the office e.g. by proposing corrective actions, contacting local authorities to enhance office operation and customer satisfaction 4. Maintain good working relationships with internal and external contacts. 5. Improve own knowledge relevant to the position, e.g. by proposing relevant training, asking colleagues, etc 6. Invoicing to the customers which need a proper relationship with Sales and Account 7. Follow up late payments with Sales Team and Customer Dimension: Contact Independent inspectors Contact to Depot/Warehouse Contact to Sales Manager - Reporting/price discussions Contact to Bookkeeper - Timely control and approval of invoices/etc. as a basis for payment terms and payments Contact to Technical service - Technical discussions/specification limits Contact to Analysis lab. - Specifications/special analysis etc. Good ability to present in customer meetings.
