Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive cum Course Counselor to join our team. This dual-role position combines sales acumen with counseling skills to help clients explore and enroll in our educational programs and courses.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Counsel prospective students on available courses, programs, and career paths.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase our offerings effectively.
Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and client counseling, preferably in an educational or related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex information clearly.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Relevant educational background or certifications are a plus.
