Senior Hairstylist / Hairdresser - Female
· Supervise the Team of Junior and Assistant Hairstylist
· Determine clients’ individual requirements by conferring with them in detail
· Provide information to clients regarding the type of hair style and treatment suitable for them
· Provide the following services:
- Hair Cut
- Blow Dry
- Hairdo
- Color
- Shatush
· Provide appropriate post-cutting guidelines
· Supervise the appropriate cleanliness of work areas
· Provide demonstrations to trainees
· Train newly hired hair stylists in a proactive manner
· Maintain appointment calendars and customer databases
· Promote and sell services and products, including recommending and selling additional services and/or retail products which will enhance and improve the guests’ image and/or contribute to the guest's satisfaction with services performed
· On going training of Junior and Assistant Hairstylist
· 5 years experience
· Must be reliable and punctual
· Highly articulate and able to communicate well with client
· Great customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
· Must be detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
· Ability to easily adapt to organizational and environmental changes
· Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Team Player
· Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
