Document Controller(Infrastructure projects)
Location:-Lusail
Project Duration:- 1 Month extendable
Locally Available candidates with freelance visa only
Key Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining a centralized document management system for all documents.
Ensuring all documents are properly stored, organized, and accessible to relevant parties.
Distributing project documents to project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
Solid understanding of construction and engineering documentation processes and standards.
Monitoring and controlling document revisions to ensure the latest version of each document is used.
Keeping track of document transmittals, including sending and receiving documents.
Maintaining accurate records of document distribution and status.
Assisting project stakeholders with document-related queries.
Providing regular reports on document control activities.
Education and Qualifications
At least High School / Diploma graduate/ bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Should have a good understanding of construction documents and document management systems, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
Background in construction and Infrastructure or a related field is desirable.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Experience with document control software such as Aconex.
