Quantity Surveyor/Estimator (Fit-out Projects)
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in fit-out or interior projects.
- Proven knowledge of pre- and post-contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contract forms.
- Proficient in costing software such as Cost X, Candy, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Auto CAD, reading drawings, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Qatar’s construction regulations and industry standards is an advantage.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
- Must have a transferable residence permit with NOC.
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Fitout: 5 years (Required)
- QS & Estimation: 5 years (Required)
- Qatar Driving License (Preferred)
