Overview: Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Leading and managing small project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication among team members.
• Reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients and contractors, ensuring all terms are clear and adhered to.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Reviewing contractor submittals, including shop drawings and material samples, ensuring they meet project specifications and standards.
• Evaluating and recommending contract Variation Orders, payments certificates and invoices for client approval.
• Reviewing and reporting on Cost Estimates, design submissions, technical reports.
• Identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks. Resolve problems through objective and systematic analysis.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and subcontractors, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
• Identifying potential issues early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Fit-out projects with architectural background.
• Knowledgeable in contracts, site work, managing small team and reviewing contractors submittals.
• Consultant experience preferable.
• Good written and oral communication.
