Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in MEP systems to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to MEP projects, from initial estimates to final accounts, ensuring value for money while adhering to quality standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in MEP systems to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to MEP projects, from initial estimates to final accounts, ensuring value for money while adhering to quality standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.
- Quantity Take-offs: Accurately measure and quantify materials and labor required for MEP systems.
- Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets to ensure costs remain within the allocated budget.
- Tender Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluate bids from contractors.
- Contract Administration: Manage contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project costs, progress, and financial performance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential financial risks associated with MEP projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on MEP systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Cost X, or Bluebeam.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
