Oracle EBS SCM L1 Support Consultant
Deployment location: Qatar
Duration: 24 Months
Working Hours & Days 9 hours + 1- hour LB,6 days a week
Minimum 1 year experience in EBS ( I procurement- I supplier- Purchasing)
At least 1 end to end implementation
 Provide first-line support for Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning.
 Respond to user queries and issues via email, phone, or ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
 Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or level.
 Assist in the testing and implementation of patches and updates related to SCM modules.
 Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions in the support knowledge base.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
 Participate in training sessions for end-users and create user guides as necessary.
 Monitor system performance and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements
