OracleEBS SCM L1 Support Consultant Deployment location: Qatar Duration: 24 Months Working Hours & Days 9 hours + 1- hour LB,6 days a week Minimum 1 year experience in EBS ( I procurement- I supplier- Purchasing) At least 1 end to end implementation Provide first-line support for Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning. Respond to user queries and issues via email, phone, or ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or level. Assist in the testing and implementation of patches and updates related to SCM modules. Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions in the support knowledge base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience. Participate in training sessions for end-users and create user guides as necessary. Monitor system performance and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements
