Head Of Operations - Technical Services Overview: As the Head of Operations for our Technical Services Team, you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency, effectiveness, and safety of our services including full P&L accountability. Duties & Responsibilities - P&L Management: Assume full accountability for the business's Profit and Loss (P&L) performance, including revenue growth, cost management, job profitability, manpower utilization and profitability optimization. - Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market presence, and achieve financial targets in alignment with the company's overall objectives. - Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all operational activities, including project execution, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure the successful delivery of engineering services. - Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. - Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, address their concerns, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. - Business Development: Work with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities, pursue strategic partnerships, and lead the development of proposals and bids to expand the division's client base and revenue streams. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process optimization, innovation, and cost reduction to enhance operational efficiency, competitiveness, and profitability Requirements Education & Certification: - Bachelor’s Degree in related Engineering field (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) - Additional degree in Business Administration would be a plus.
