Job Posting: Educator and Trainer for Luxury Skincare Brand
We are looking for a highly skilled Educator and Trainer to represent our luxury skincare brand at premium resorts and hotels across the region. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering high-end facials, passionate about skincare, and confident in educating spa staff to uphold the brand's standards. Key Responsibilities:
Perform luxury facials and advanced skincare treatments in high-end locations
Train and educate spa staff at 5-star resorts and hotels on our skincare brand, treatments, and products
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure consistency in client experience
Travel to various luxury resorts and hotels to provide hands-on training and support
Serve as the brand ambassador, ensuring that spa staff embody the brand’s values and techniques
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the skincare industry
Requirements:
Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician with extensive experience in luxury skincare
Proven track record as a trainer or educator in the beauty or spa industry
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred
Candidates with Arabic, Lebanese, or European backgrounds are highly desirable
Willingness and ability to travel frequently to different locations
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to adapt to diverse work environments and cultures
Professional and polished demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills
