The successful candidate will be responsible for managing document flow, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for this role. Duties and responsibilities: - Utilize advanced Excel skills to create, manage, and analyze spreadsheets for document tracking and reporting. - Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance. - Collaborate with various departments to streamline document management processes. - Generate comprehensive reports for management on document status and workflow. - Prepare and generate reports as requested by management. - Manage and organize electronic and physical files as needed. - Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
