What we’re looking for

Responsibilities

Coaches and leads teams in Agile and Lean practices, Trains and provides guidance to other team members.
Facilitates meetings and workshops to gather feedback and align stakeholders.
Collaborates with product teams to address user needs and issues.
Manages and visualizes outcomes, prioritizes work and adheres to agreed priorities and scope.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in service design and related fields.
Help develop and refine service design methodologies and processes.
Support the development of design presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
Ensures service design solutions align with company strategy and goals

Requirements

Proven experience in design thinking methodologies and/or product design over 3 years
Broad knowledge in own discipline and other disciplines within the function
Proficiency in building products and services, business cases and visualization
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to resolve complex issues in their own specialized area.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams or projects with broad visibility to achieve milestones and objectives.
