We are looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role (acting on a supervisor path is applicable)
  • At least 3 years of experience in investment fund industry/financial services;
  • Fluency in English,
  • Excellent communication skills and team player attitude;
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership;
  • Innovative approach;
  • Resourceful, can do attitude;
  • Ability to deal with pressure and overlapping priorities;
  • Productivity, self-drive and ability to take initiative;
  • Readiness to support the team in operational activities;

Your role in the team

The Corporate Actions Execution Team at Allfunds provides and facilitates everything that affects theclient's universe of funds in a personalized, agile, and rigorous way.
The team aims to simplify our clients'professional lives by executing standardized Corporate Actions events in properand timely matter.
We are looking for a person, who willjoin the team as a Team Leader.

Key responsibilities:

Corporate Actions Delivery:

Ensure the team completes all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks and controls on time and accurately, including playing a hands-on role when required. This includes:
  • Responsible for processing Corporate Action Events from announcement to pay date
  • Processing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions within Key Performance Indicator targets
  • Sending and monitoring elective corporate actions
  • Sourcing of all relevant information / communicating effectively with 3rd parties i.e. fund managers, fund houses, clients to ensure corporate actions are processed correctly

Team Leadership:
  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open andtransparent communication culture
  • Maintaining team's results on fully green level; e.g. SLAdelivery, service quality and productivity;
  • Embedding process improvements across the team
  • Discovering training needs and coaching team members
  • Building professional communication and collaborationbetween the team's staff and business partners, external clients and otherstakeholders;
  • Leading recruitment, induction and professionaldevelopment for the corporate actions team.

Operations:
  • Assist with annual internal controls audits
  • Assist with analysis or investigation of reconciliations,breaks, failed settlements, issues or client questions
  • Adherence to process documentation and Service Level Agreements

Process improvement:
  • Work closely with Product and IT teams to identify,provide specifications, test and implement automation of manual tasks
  • Continuously identify ways to improve the efficiency andaccuracy of processes and quality of service
