Oras Group Sales Team is looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidate for the position of Sales Representative (Wholesale, Architects & Installers).
In this role you will be responsible for direct & indirect sales network development at North-West Region of Poland and focuses your sales efforts by assessing existing and potential volume of customers.
Your responsibilities:
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
Continuously improve through feedback
Hours may be irregular, and the job involves a large amount of travelling each day
Other projects and tasks as assigned
Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office to be ready to prepare offers and quotations
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven – experience in sanitary branch welcome
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
