We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive candidate to our location in Olesno for the position of Administration Specialist to ensure that we have the right competencies and capabilities to achieve business goals and to provide our employees with support in carrying out their daily tasks.
What you will be responsible for?

Supporting employees in the arrangement of business trips
Arrangement visits for visitors
Supporting the finance department with invoice processing
Supervising incoming and outgoing post from the company
Supervising the activities of the cleaning, gardening and security companies
Recording of company documents
Managing the car fleet and telephony (ordering fuel cards)
Supervising cooperation with telecommunications companies
Ordering office supplies and groceries
Overseeing the archives, receiving forwarded documents from other departments, maintaining order
Management of working clothes for employees and supervision of changing rooms
Supervision of meeting rooms
GUS - supervising all reports and filling in some reports additional one-off tasks e.g.: updating of rules and regulations and attachments for telephones and cars, inventory of clothing, ordering of furniture, etc.
Active liaison with all departments within the organization
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

What kind of person we are looking for? Formally we would like you to have:

Experience in office management
Ability to work independently and make basic decisions
Excellent communication skills
Good English skills; other languages skills is a benefit
Very good multi-tasking qualities
Resilience to stress and ability to work in a changing environment
Open and friendly attitude towards teammates and others
