Oras Group is looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated candidate for the position of Specialist, Customer Service to our location in Olesno.
In this role you will be responsible for providing professional customer service day-to-day tasks, supporting the sales team in order to achieve profitable growth and promoting the company's professional image.
Your responsibilities:
keeping records of the contracts with distributors
data base updating
supporting the sales team in order to achieve profitable growth
management and settlement of bonuses - quarterly, semi-annual, annual
reporting sales results to key customers - monthly
taking part as a member of 6S auditing system
invoicing of factory orders (e.g. scrap, pallets)
providing customer service in regions: Southwest and Northwestern in Poland
Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:
willingness to provide excellent customer service
minimum 1 year of professional experience in customer service
accuracy and attention to detail
strong communication skills
good skills in English language
knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
open and friendly attitude towards teammates and others
