To support the payroll department we are looking for a Payroll Specialist (f/m/d) in Poland / Szczecin for a contract limited to one year.
What we’re looking for
As a Payroll Specialist at AUTODOC, you will deliver professional payroll services for Poland. You will manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our employees.
Responsibilities:
Handling the payroll process for employees hired in Poland
Work with an external accounting firm to prepare and settle monthly payrolls
Preparation of monthly data needed for payroll settlement, including task bonuses, allowances, discretionary bonuses for various departments
Daily recording of sick leave in internal systems and monitoring and control of sick leave absences
Completion of documents necessary for the settlement of benefits, including ZUS Z-15, Social Security rulings on rehabilitation benefits
Verification of payroll reports provided by external payroll service providers
Providing ongoing support to employees, including responding to inquiries related to payroll, social security contributions and taxes
Managing processes related to the end of the payroll year - distribution of PIT documents
Personnel cost analysis and monthly payroll cost reporting
Qualifications:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, HR, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of relevant payroll experience
Strong Excel skills (PIVOT tables and VLOOKUPs)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Previous experience in working in an international fast-paced environment
Previous experience with Workday preferable
High motivation and proactivity
Problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal English skills
