Your Job As a Customer Service Representative, you will apply the highest Customer service standards in terms of communication, customers relations management and contracts performance. You will manage information flow between customers and organization. Our Team The Customer Service Representative position is a part of our Purchasing department, where you will directly report to the Supply Chain Manager. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work for our new greenfield plant in Siemianowice Śląskie and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including those in our international environment.
What You Will Do
Daily communication with the Customers and developing good relationship
Daily communication with the Customers in terms of Customer's demand, forecasts, changes in delivery schedule
Purchase Orders (PO) receipt/confirmation in SAP
Complaints receipt/confirmation/negotiations
Shipment scheduling in cooperation with logistic, purchasing, production planning and quality teams
On-line stock handling for Finish Goods
Inventory reports of customer property on monthly basis
Cooperation with finance team
Service Level reporting
Sales invoicing
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
University degree
Proven experience within a similar position in a manufacturing company
Knowledge of commercial contract management
Customer orientation and understanding cultural differences
Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
Analytical skills
Good Excel knowledge
Practical knowledge of MRP systems
Good communications and team working skills
Proactive attitude
Fluent English language skills
