Purchasing Specialist
Your Job As a Purchasing Specialist, you will work with various customers and stakeholders to execute demand, ensuring on-time supplies at market-competitive terms and conditions and high quality, as well as delivering value.
Our Team
The Purchasing Specialist position is a part of our Purchasing department, where you will directly report to the Supply Chain Manager. You will have the opportunity to work for our new greenfield plant in Siemianowice Śląskie and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including those in our international environment.

Our Team
The Purchasing Specialist position is a part of our Purchasing department, where you will directly report to the Supply Chain Manager. You will have the opportunity to work for our new greenfield plant in Siemianowice Śląskie and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including those in our international environment.
What You Will Do
- Proceeding with procurement processes in compliance with group policy
- Working with stakeholders regarding purchase needs for materials and services
- Price and terms negotiation
- Monitoring and analyzing markets for strategic materials
- Issuing and tracking purchase orders and claims
- Material management - direct materials replenishment in accordance with MOQ, LT, and safety stock strategy
- Analyzing and demand planning
- Daily stock level tracking and replenishment
- Executing on-time deliveries
- Managing and monitoring MOQ and LT
- Developing good relations with suppliers
- Submitting Continuous Improvement initiatives
- University degree, preferable in Logistics
- Proven experience within a similar position in a manufacturing company
- Demonstrate understanding of commercial contract management technique
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques
- Knowledge of replenishment strategies
- Good Excel knowledge
- Practical knowledge of MRP systems
- Good communications and inter-personal skills
- Details oriented
- Cost savings oriented
- Organized and able to manage competing priorities
- Analytical skills
- Very good English language skills
- Knowledge of SAP system
