We're currently seeking a communicative and open individual to join us as Customer Service Specialists with German and English

What you'll be doing:
- Providing top-notch customer support in German and English.
- Helping customers use a cycling app.
- Troubleshooting user account issues.
- Processing orders from the online store.
- Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to find the best solutions for our customers.
- Someone with fluent German (minimum C1 level).
- Someone with strong communication skills in English (B2 level).
- Availability to work full-time.
- Weekend availability (shift system, work based on a schedule).
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- An interest in modern leisure activities, cycling, and running.
- Job security - we offer a full-time employment contract.
- Option to work on a contract of mandate.
- Competitive salary: 6600 PLN gross monthly (contract of employment) or 39 PLN/hour gross (contract of mandate).

- Work hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
