Ensuring that the catalogue effectively communicates the services provided by the organization is well structured and aligns with both technical and business requirements.
Determine appropriate categorization and taxonomy for services, ensuring logical grouping
Establish relationships and dependencies between services and components, mapping them in a way that supports effective service management
Ensure integration with other ITSM Processes )collaborate with e.g. IN management CRQ) to ensure seamless integration with the service catalogue
Design catalogue in a way it supports other ITIL practices including, including service portfolio management, service level management and capacity management
Define technical standards and guidelines
