Develop detailed process maps and create both visual and written documentation to clearly communicate as-is and target state.
Description of knowledge and experience
- Experienced in the financial sector, with a strong background in creating process maps for both as-is and target state workflows
- Strong skills in visualization, with the ability to translate complex processes into easy-to-understand visuals and documentation
- Proficiency in using process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or Mega Hopex to design and document process improvements
- Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of communicating process changes and insight in both verbal communication and written form
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders across departments, gathering requirements, facilitating discussions, and ensuring alignment on process enhancement.
