Secure professional, accurate and on-time support for all employees and leaders, from 6 countries (DK, EE, FI, NO, PL, SE) in people-related matters as 1st point of contact, using tickets and live channels (phone and chat)
Ensure equal treatment in interactions with employees, leaders and other stakeholders to ensure compliant and sustainable advice.
Perform role in all circumstances with high empathy and solution- oriented mindset, and give timely response, to ensure great employee and leader experience.
Proactively improve quality of guidelines and instructions and raise improvement opportunities to enhance Klient's employee's and leaders' capability to utilize People self-services, enabling efficient people services.
Provide based on relevant analysis accurate advice and solutions to employees, leaders and/or candidates on a range of people topics / your own area of expertise, to ensure Klient's people processes are followed.
Represent professionally the entire people organisation when providing advice´, and guide in the full People service offering in relevant people service channels, to contribute to great employee and leader experience.
Share knowledge and support colleagues in providing the best advice on people matters, to support the development of common competences.
Use defined methods, processes, systems and tools to provide high quality and compliant advice also in more complex people matters
