What you'll be doing:
Working as People Specialist you will be part of the Polish People team.
Key responsibilities:
- Organizing onboarding and offboarding for new employees (contact with candidates, scheduling all panels of onboarding, supporting managers in the process, conducting exit interviews)
- Work collaboratively with the People Team on engagement and culture by delivering actions from the People Team agenda (Recognition program, wellbeing agenda, events for employees)
- Leading Development 4 Development program (internal development program)
- Employer Branding activities - Preparing communication in collaboration with the Communications Team about employee activities and programs, creation of content for Avon social media– Instagram, Avon Kariera, Linked In
- Vendor administration activities
- Supporting managers in recruitment processes
- Partnering Business Leaders on all matters related to the People Agenda, according to the People Team Strategy
Our requirements
- Experience in Human Resources team minimum 2 years
- Passion to work with People and international environment
- Flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- “Can do” attitude followed by passion for solving problems and dealing with ambiguity
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Good command of MS Excel, Word & Power Point
- Fluent English and Polish - written & spoken
