REQUIREMENTS:
Superior advising skills in the HR area.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Experience in mediation / conflict resolution.
Ability to work independently.
Solution-oriented mindset – taking ownership of value creation.
Experience in advising and coaching.
Experience in analysing and applying data.
Knowledge of employment laws.
Fluent English.
