Main responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Provide appropriate and accurate information and guidance to the employees and managers
Supporting the life cycle of an employee through routine and complex Workday transactional processing and understand the downstream impact of transactions
Accountable for Workday Data Accuracy
Work closely with all Sanofi stakeholders & People Partners to ensure all procedures are followed
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and surveys
Organize training programs, maintain training records, and gather feedback to assess program effectiveness.
Assist with special projects focused on process improvements, diversity and inclusion, and HR analytics.

Student status

Very good knowledge of English and Polish
Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and Power Point)
