What you'll be doing:
As the Global Senior Brand Specialist for Avon’s Male Fragrances portfolio, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our brands. You will proactively manage and drive your category agenda, collaborating closely with local commercial markets, global creative teams, business analytics, the IMI, and the innovation team. Your mission is to ensure a sharp, clear, and impactful brand strategy that aligns all stakeholders and delivers success.
This dynamic role combines brand and campaign strategy, activation, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth. You’ll be working beyond your direct brand responsibilities, supporting the Senior Brand Manager/Director on total category strategy.
Key responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development
- Develop and manage a comprehensive 3-year Brand Strategy including vision, brand architecture, price positioning, and growth opportunities.
- Identify key drivers of brand growth and gaps within the market to maximize brand potential.
Brand Planning & Innovation
- Collaborate closely with the Innovation Team to align the brand vision and growth strategies, ensuring delivery against objectives.
- Grow brand awareness, image, engagement, and purchase intent through compelling, aspirational storytelling and digital transformation.
Brand Implementation & Execution
- Deliver impactful toolkits and activation plans that drive category success.
- Manage brand performance, reporting against key KPIs including revenue, units, margin, market share, and consumer engagement.
- Govern and approve brand execution including packaging and communication strategies.
Brand Community & Culture
- Foster a collaborative culture, working with cross-functional teams to share best practices and build winning brand strategies.
- Support and drive new ways of working to ensure Avon’s Male Fragrances remain innovative and competitive.
About You:
We are looking for a driven and strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse teams globally, including creative, commercial, and innovation departments.
- A passion for fragrance brands and a deep understanding of the global male fragrance market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence key stakeholders and present brand updates during business meetings.
- An ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
