Detailed description of work task to be carried out About this opportunity: Welcome to the Technology Resource Management team. We add value by providing effective support towards all Technology units on operational deliveries within resource management process. As PMO Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in delivering services to all of Technology by ensuring high quality of data and consistency inside Team Planner application. In you role you'll be the bridge between Business Area Technology Leaders/Execution Leaders/Executive Adviser/Line Managers and a key enabler for successful exaction of resource management operational processes. What you’ll be doing:
PMO/Project Assistant for Team Planner tool tailored for Technology Resource Management
Ensure data quality and integration between different tools and processes
Inform and guide stakeholders about the process, be SPOC for our stakeholders
Support the unit by solving problems and contributing with new ideas to achieve business and/or process goals and cost efficiency, including maintenance of the data in between different sources.
Desirable Requirements:
You have worked as PMO Specialist on medium to large scale Projects, Hubs or Programmes for +2 years
You have understanding of financial processes and experiencing in data management
PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification - will be an advantage
Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies - nice to have
Experience in using Share Point, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM tools - nice to have
Ability to learn new procedures
Excellent communication skills

Dependency Management (Dependency Map and Follow-up)
Resources Management (Demand & Supply Map, On/Off-boarding, Time Reporting)
Understanding of how one issue may be part of a greater picture
Self-driven, with an interest in supporting several stakeholders
Process oriented, data management inside the process
Very high level of fluency in spoken and written English
