A warehouse personnel shall ensure the efficient organization and distribution of construction materials and equipment.
Responsibilities:
· Receive, inspect, and store construction materials, and equipment, if any
· Supervise the loading, unloading, and transport of materials
· Maintain accurate inventory records of construction supplies
· Issue materials to trade contractors or other requestors
· Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications:
· High school diploma, higher educational attainment is a plus
· Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience (optional)
· Experience working in a construction environment is a plus
· Knows how to use Excel or any spreadsheet applications
· Ability to lift and move heavy objects
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Valid driver's license is a plus
· Ability to operate powered equipment (forklift, pallet jack) is a plus
