Job Summary In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of The Lind Boracay, under the supervision of the Group Director of Finance, the Finance Manager role is critical to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization. This will require a high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Responsible for working with department heads to create budgets for the upcoming fiscal year, and then monitor and report on actual spending versus the budget throughout the year. · Collaborate with the Group Director of Finance to forecast future financial performance based on historical data and market trends. · Performs financial reporting and analysis in generating financial reports on a regular basis, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. You will also take part in presenting these reports to management and other stakeholders. · Management of organization’s financial systems, including accounting software, expense management systems, and any other tools used to track financial data. · Collaborates with the Group Director of Finance to identify and manage financial risks, such as exchange rate fluctuations, changes in tax laws, and other macroeconomic forces. · Efficient team management including overseeing their work, providing coaching and mentorship, and setting performance goals. 2.
